RECYCLING PROCESS

Collection

Industrial recyclables are collected direct from he client facilities to divert waste going to landfill.

Sorting

At GREENWAVE recycling facilities, materials are sorted manually and through automated processes such as conveyor belts, screens, and magnets.

Cleaning

Recyclables are cleaned to remove contaminants, such as organics and non-recyclable items. Washing and cleaning processes ensure that the materials are ready for processing.

Shredding

Waste plastic materials (HDPE and LDPE) are shredded, his step prepares the waste for granulating and pelletising prior to processing.
